BACK TO SCHOOL DRIVE
Skye Canyon residents and businesses continue to show their charitable community spirit as they generously donated a myriad of backpacks and school supplies in support of Assistance League of Las Vegas' annual Operation School Bell program.
With drop off locations in Skye Center, Skye Fitness and in numerous business at Smith's Marketplace, the week-long school supply drive yielded more than 1,000 items valued at approximately $2,000. Adding to that, as part of its ongoing Skye Serves charitable program, the Skye Canyon Co-op donated $1,000 in new backpacks and $1,000 in additional school supplies. Ultimately, enough school supply essentials were donated to fill 350 backpacks.
Skye Canyon is appreciative of the generous spirit of the community and all who donated to the Back-to-School Drive.

In the 2020 Back-to-School Supply Drive, the community showed their support by donating over 400 school supply items to Operation School Bell. Skye Canyon matched the generous donations made by the community with a cash donation of $2,000.
All donations will be delivered to Operation School Bell, a philanthropic program of Assistance League of Las Vegas. Operation School Bell provides new clothes, school supplies, and hygiene kits to students of the Clark County School District.
