Community-Wide Yard Sale

Help your closet feel lighter by participating in the 2025 Fall Community-Wide Yard Sale. The two-day neighborhood sale runs in your yard, driveway, or garage from 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. daily and includes a donation drop-off and a mobile shredding unit on Sunday following the sale.  Buyers can utilize the list and corresponding map below to locate participating communities.

We will utilize a community map to direct buyers to the participating communities. This will also include a list of communities by name (not property address). All communities listed by a green circle are participating.

We will advertise the event for you to host the sale at your home. Advertising mediums include:

SHREDDING & DONATION DAY
Sunday, October 5 | 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. | Skye Center - North Parking Lot

Following the Yard Sale, SCCA will host a complimentary on-site shredding service and a donation drop benefiting Opportunity Village.
Shredding Services
The complimentary mobile shredding station allows residents to dispose of sensitive materials while keeping their identities safe. You do NOT need to remove paper clips, alligator clips, or hanging file folders that have small metal hangers. Shredding is only for paper. Please do not bring:
  • Large metal items
  • Cardboard boxes
  • Plastic bags
Donation Drop
Skye Canyon residents can contribute good quality used furniture, housewares, and clothing to help the Opportunity Village Thrift Store. Bring your gently used donation items to help support Opportunity Village, who will receive your donation to help raise funds for their charitable initiatives.

Tax receipts will be available upon request.
